The other 1% - AMEX $4MM Gift Card Settlement Delayed
Posted on Jul 11, 2012 by JMS Advisory Group |

The case was originally filed in Northern District of Illinois (U.S. District Court). The Judge indicated in his Order that American Express should have came up with a better way of notifying potential Class Members, and therefore ordered the delay because only 1% of eligible class members filed claims pursuant to the settlement.
