Our President, Mr. James Santivañez, holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from The Washington College of Law at American University. Formerly, James was the national unclaimed property practice leader for the largest independent state and local tax firm in the United States. Prior to that, James led an entire region of professionals in delivering unclaimed property services for one of the "Big 4" accounting firms. His other experience includes state and local tax work with an international accounting firm, a legal research and clerkship position with the Multistate Tax Commission, and clerkships in law firms.
